Sunny Disposition

The weather has taken a wonderful turn to be full of sunshine and warm temps. Amazing how that can instantly lift your mood and make the day seem so carefree. I even snuck in some time to to lay by pool yesterday in the lovely but unusual 80 degree weather. I felt like the luckiest girl and can not wait for more sunny days ahead.

I love to try new things, especially in fashion. Recently I was inspired by Charlize Theron's denim on denim outfit. I tried this look out for myself & had fun with it.

Tips for trying a double denim ensemble:

• Keep the denims in completely different washes. The most flattering is a dark denim on the bottom half & a lighter denim on the top.
• Wearing it with neutral & classic accessories to let the denim do the talking.
• Confidence & a sense of humor. You are wearing a Canadian Tuxedo after all:)

Elizabeth Taylor has been a source of inspiration to me thru her glamourous style, tenacity of life, and compassion towards others. She had a heart and spirit larger than life, and I loved seeing her on film. I also loved her passion for jewelry. She will surely be missed and I know her legacy will continue to inspire.

Once you put on rain boots- you feel as though you can conquer the world! Ok that might be a little dramatic, but they do make your life pretty amazing. I love my pink wellies- They are such a fun pop of color on a dreary rainy day. Rain boots are a great investment and they will feel like a necessity once you own a pair. Just Glorious

Spring is here and flowers are beautifully blooming! This past weekend I went to Filoli with my family. I love visiting this amazing estate and seeing the gorgeous gardens. I would definitely recommend planning a visit soon to check out the tulips and daffodils while they are still in bloom.

I still can not believe the devastation that Japan is going thru. It is so unimaginably sad, and my heart breaks for everyone affected by this disaster. I have donated money to the relief via the American Red Cross. Please send your support and prayers. We all can help in some way, no matter the amount.

Electric Feel
