I spent the past weekend in La Quinta, also known as Heaven! The weather was gorgeous and it was a perfect getaway. One of my favorite things to do down there is to shop in the local charity and consignment boutiques. You never know what gems you will find! I picked up some amazing sweaters that will be perfect for actual fall weather.

My perfect pool lounging cocktail:

1 cup Vanilla vodka

1 shot Orange liqueur

2 cups Orange Sherbet

2 cups Ice

Blend all ingredients. Serves 4 cocktails resembling a boozy 50-50 Bar. Poolside serving preferred.

Seaside Adventures

This past Sunday was spent up North with my family to celebrate my fabulous sister's birthday. What a great trip filled with amazing food, scenic views and fun times! Definitely check out the Hog Island Oyster Farm for seaside picnicking & delicious oysters of course.
